Individuals and families in South King County and Seattle area.

Last year we served more than 100 families through our case management program alone.

Our Mission

 

Our Mission is to promote community empowerment, leadership development, self- reliance, and health promotion for newcomers to achieve self-sufficiency and economic independence through direct assistance and capacity-building. 

What We Do

 

We Provide culturally and linguistically competent social services to Iraqi refugees in Washington State. We work with refugees, from all walks of life, so that they can obtain self-sufficiency and make a successful transition to life in America. 

 

 

Our Programs

We Serve Primarily Arabic Speaking refugees and immigrants in South King Country and Seattle to help them obtain serves and community resources including:

  • Housing

  • immigration

  • SSI, DSHS

  • Medical Assistance

  • employment

  • Case Management

  • Advocacy

  • Referral to social, medical and legal service providers.

 

IRCCW programs are designed to meet the critical needs of the Iraqi community members. 

IRCCW gives ESL courses and citizenship courses. please contact us for more information.

IRCCW creates Social Events to bring Iraqi community members together.
 

 

These events also serve as an opportunity to teach the Iraqi culture and tradition to the mainstream population.
