Early learning & family + support
Our early learning & family support program helps through our Home Visiting initiative, we engage with families in our community regularly, typically 2 to 4 times a month, to extend support and assistance
Social Services & Case management
Through this program, we are dedicated to extending assistance in various facets of life, including employment, housing, healthcare connections, and access to public benefits. Our team diligently engages with IRCCW communities, ensuring they are informed and connected to available resources.
Parent Child Plus +
Through this program, we prioritize the growth and education of young children and their families through twice-weekly home visits. These visits are designed to provide tailored support and guidance, empowering families to become active participants in their child's learning journey.
Senior village
At our senior village program we bring together elderly IRCCW refugees and immigrants together in order to provide them with a sense of community. The main purpose of the village is to let the seniors feel their value, as most of them took an important place in their home country
